The purpose of the online assessment is to give an indication of how well my method of correcting bulimia should work for you. It consists of a number of questions. Take your time and remember, it's totally anonymous so you can be truly honest.

First I need to know your current height and weight. To some extent this is useful in determining how the behaviour affects you and the control it may have had over your weight. You can do this in metric or in imperial measurements.
